Week 3 Update (28.1.2013)

Went for my first run yesterday, after a week of being completely wiped out by the flu.

It was  hard! Especially with my lungs and sinuses being full of gunk.

I do feel a lot better today though and I think I’m going restart my 5 week training plan and give it another go from scratch.
