Training Update (10.1.2013)
and again.

The Redes mountain range.

Everything going well so far, the since starting the training plan on Monday. Today’s hill session felt particularly good – A nice hilly route, going hard up, fast down and easy on the flat, letting my heart rate get back down to 130 bpm. Maxed out at 178 bpm on the steepest bit!

Calves feeling a bit tight so I think I’ll give them a bit of a roll and a stretch and then a rest day tomorrow.
