27 Kangas Mountain 2016 Race Report The Asturian, Víctor Fernández (2:48:06) and Azara García de los Salmones (3:10:00) battled the driving snow and rain to win the third edition of the 27 Kangas Mountain. 500 people, which is 100 more than last year, took part in the event, with just over 400 runners finishing the course.

This is a GPX track of the official (I think) route for the 27 Kangas Mountain. Why they call it the 27 Kangas Mountain, when it’s more like 30 kilometres, I don’t know. Must have changed the route over the years.
The 27 Kangas Mountain Trail Run In an attempt to kick-start my trail and mountain running year, I’ve just signed up for this race on the 28th February, 2015. This means I’ve got 52 days or 7 weeks 3 days to get ready. Should be enough I think.
